Seeking Performers for Two Upcoming Shows
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are currently in need of male and female performers for two shows: "Social Security" and "A Doll's House, Part 2". More details are below. About the project: "A Doll's House, Part 2" show: “It has been 15 years since Nora Hemler slammed the door on her stifling domestic life when a knock comes at the same door. Nora has returned with an urgent request. What will her sudden return mean to those she left behind? This is a continuation of Iben’s complex exploration of traditional gender roles and a contemporary take on the struggles inherent in all human relationships.” Additional information: Performances Mar 21 - Apr 6. Performances are scheduled on three consecutive weekends, from March 21 to April 6, 2025. Rehearsals are tentatively scheduled for Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays (7pm) beginning January 5; some dates are subject to change due to other scheduled events, and not all actors will necessarily be called for every scheduled rehearsal. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the audition registration form, and for a quick head shot. When applying, please indicate your name, which role(s) you would like to be considered for, and which night you will be coming. If you are available for either date, please also advise, as directors may need to make some scheduling choices to ensure they have a balanced group for each night.
