Performers Needed for "Our Town" Stage Play

The company is holding auditions for "Our Town" show and looking for performers, please see the details below. About the project: The story follows the small town of Grover’s Corners through three acts: “Daily Life,” “Love and Marriage,” and “Death and Eternity.” The play is narrated by the omniscient Stage Manager and performed on a bare stage with minimal set pieces and mimed props. The audience follows the children of the Webb and Gibbs families through falling in love, marriage and eventually – in one of the most famous scenes in American theatre – to the graveyard. This Pulitzer Prize winning play is a timeless favorite of audiences and actors alike. Additional info: REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: January 20th-February 20th, 2025 Monday-Thursdays 6:30-9:30 PM TECH WEEK: February 17th-February 20th, 6:00-9:00 PM PERFORMANCE DATES: February 21st-March 16th, 2025 Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 PM Sundays at 4:30 PM WHAT TO BRING: A headshot and resume if you have them. A complete list of any conflicts you have during the rehearsal schedule. There can be no conflicts during tech week or performances. Audition will consist of cold readings from the script.
