Position Summary: Trulioo is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our Platform Content team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a global team to develop engaging and informative content that equips the customers with the knowledge to effectively use the identity verification solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in writing and video production and is able to work both independently and collaboratively within the Product department and across the wider organization. Key Responsibilities: As part of the content team, you’ll help support the larger Product team by creating top notch customer-facing content. You’ll collaborate with the product design team to concept and develop written content like API documentation, live action and screen capture learning videos, and other content that meets our scope requirements. You’ll manage multiple projects and project types in various stages of development. You’ll build strong working relationships with subject matter experts and collaborate across teams.
