Rate: Rate of Pay: ADULT OCP: $2,300 (fitting included in rate) Video Session $300 (includes Fitting) - Possible Additional Session Fee, Video Use $2,000 CHILD OCP: $1,800 (fitting included in rate) Video Session $300 (includes Fitting) - Possible Additional Session Fee for Harry or Jane.
