The company is holding auditions for "Charlotte's Web" Show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: This exciting musical version of Charlotte's Web brings a new dimension to E.B. White's beloved classic. With music and lyrics by Charles Strouse (Annie, Bye, Bye Birdie) and book by Joseph Robinette (national award-winning children's playwright), this joyous production features a hand clapping, toe tapping musical score and all the memorable characters of Zuckerman’s Farm - Wilbur, Charlotte, Fern, Homer, Templeton and the rest of the colorful animals and townsfolk. Additional info: Approximate rehearsal dates can begin as early as the week of August 19, 2024 and run though October 5, 2024 , Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Before tech, evening rehearsals will be 5p - 9p; tech rehearsals will be potentially until 10pm. Directors understand that some students may have conflicts where they may miss rehearsals, must arrive late or leave early. However, cast members will not be able to miss rehearsals during tech week or the run of the show. Tech rehearsals start October 5. Opening night is October 11, 2024 and runs through October 27, 2024 with a possible extension to November 3, 2024 with several weekday matinees for schools in addition to the traditional evening and weekend performances.
