About the project: The shows are: "Self-Torture and Strenuous Exercise" by Henry Kondoleon Carl tells Alvin that he’s in love with another woman. “Good for you,” says Alvin, who refuses to accept that Carl’s wife, Adel, only attempted suicide—she’s still alive. The woman Carl loves is Alvin’s wife, Beth. But right now, Beth is so drunk she can’t get up off the floor, much less run off with Carl, and Adel comes in with bandaged wrists saying Carl has been trying to kill her. These four have some issues to work out. "Intervals" written by JM Lahr This new play will feature the lives of 3 people dealing with the effects of working homelessness. "Real Talk" written by JM Lahr Two sisters planning their mothers’ funeral disagree on just about everything. This play explores grief, what it means to be family, and identity. "Horse Girls" by Jenny Rachel Weiner BoYz may come and Go, bUt hOrSes aRe 4ever... Twelve-year-old Ashleigh rules the Lady Jean Ladies, South Florida's most exclusive horse club. News that her family's stables are being sold and their horses killed for meat throws the Ladies into crisis in this dark comedy of middle school deception and lies. Additional info: Rehearsals: July 29 - August 22 Monday - Thursday Performances: August 23-31 Friday and Saturdays Four shows will run in reparatory with each other with each show doing two performances over the course of the run. (there may be the possibility of adding two Thursdays to the run but it is TBA) Please apply if interested.

Ashleigh and Tiffany have been best friends since they were born. tiffany is infinitely jealous of Ashleigh—and always one step behind. Although a smart and an excellent rider, she is never seen because Ashleigh is always blocking the view. "Horse Girls"
