Develop captivating textual, visual, and video content to captivate audiences. Curate posts designed to pique curiosity and generate excitement around client offerings. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Cloud Campaign to track web traffic and assess platform performance. Stay informed about evolving social media platform features and best practices to optimize effectiveness. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align content with client objectives and secure timely approvals. Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful conversations. Provide regular reports on social media engagement to Account Managers. Devise and maintain an optimal posting schedule tailored to maximize web traffic and customer interaction. Propose innovative strategies to attract potential customers, including promotional campaigns and contests. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels. Requirements: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or coordination is preferred. Demonstrated ability to produce creative content across various formats. Strong communication, copywriting, analytical, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in multiple social media platforms and familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics. A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on emerging digital trends. Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and/or Sewer industries is required for Tier 3 positions.
