ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking actors for Real Estate Spec Ad. Please, see the details below. About the project: Real Estate Spec Ad follow 3 different characters and industries in separate environments to show how they all work towards creating one vision and home for an end user. Rate: Non union. Volunteer project for spec ad, can provide final project for portfolio use. Travel expenses such as gas, transit, parking fees will be covered. Additional information: Each character only appears quickly for 15-30 seconds in a montage like fashion performing some work. No dialogue, only action. AUDITION LOCATION Online-only. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE DATE(S) Late November/Early December. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE LOCATION(S) Vancouver. Each character will be filmed individually in separate settings, and should only require 1-3 hours at max each at a single location. Exact details can be discussed upon review. Construction project manager, stocky build and preferred but not necessary. Will be walking through home build site reviewing. Construction gear can be provided but bonus if the applicant has clothes that already resembles some of the look.
