"I Never Saw Another Butterfly" Musical Needs Performers

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. The musical "I Never Saw Another Butterfly" is looking for young performers. Please, see the details below. About the project: "I Never Saw Another Butterfly" is a stirring musical about an inspirational teacher and the children of Terezin, a ghetto under Nazi rule during World War II. Additional information: Auditions will be held in 8 minute time slots. Auditions will include reading a short monologue which directors provide, singing a short song of your choice which illustrates your vocal range (eg. O Canada), and some vocal range testing. Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday evenings and either Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons depending on the availability of those who are cast. The show’s six performances will include two student matinees on November 9 and 10, evening performances on November 9, 10, 11 and an afternoon matinee on November 11.
