Singer/Actors Sought For Concert Version Of "My Fair Lady"

Performers for a public concert version of "My Fair Lady". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below. Rate: A stipend of $100 is provided for principals and $75 for ensemble members (pay may increase based on sponsorship). Additional info: Directors will be doing publicity with BroadwayWorld, news coverage, Times Square billboard, and more. Vocal Rehearsals: TBD Sitzprobe: Sunday, September 10th, 2023 (time TBD) Event: Tuesday, September 12th, 2-3 pm with a 27-piece orchestra. - Please be prepared to sing two contrasting 32-bar cuts in the style of the show. - If callbacks are requested, they will be Saturday, June 17th via Zoom or Self-Tape. If selected, the material will be sent out on August 1st. There will be optional one-on-one or principal rehearsal prior to the first group rehearsal. You will have to know your music prior to the group rehearsal (that is not the place to learn it). This concert is curated for those for whom accessing the theatre may no longer be a possibility whether that is because of age, disability, or other ailment. All COVID-19 safety precautions will be in effect (minus masks when the performer is on "stage"). This production is non-union. When applying, please include head-shot, resume & other information.
