Seeking Equity actors who are also strong dancers and singers for roles in Theatre's 2023 Season. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the breakdown below. Rate: LOA $615 weekly minimum (LOA ref COST) Additional info: "MY WAY" May 24 - June 11, 2023 First rehearsal May 9, 2023 "BEAUTIFUL" June 14 - July 8, 2023 First rehearsal May 30, 2023 "THE BODYGUARD" July 12 - August 5, 2023 First rehearsal June 27, 2023 "JERSEY BOYS" August 9 - September 10, 2023 First rehearsal July 25, 2023 ALL SHOWS REHEARSE IN RHODE ISLAND. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition. Equity’s contracts prohibit discrimination. Also please bring appropriate dance attire in case you are asked to dance at the end of each morning or afternoon session. All must be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19, proof required. Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanasare not recommended. Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms. Holding/Audition room information: The audition room can accommodate no more than 1,014 individuals at a time. The holding room can accommodate no more than 130 individuals at a time. He sings many of the Sinatra standards and should have an incredible vocal instrument with a feel for Sinatra’s unusual phrasing and distinctive vocal style. Able to sing close harmonies.
