About the project: Seeking a part-time social media content creator responsible for developing and publishing all social media imagery for this location. Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. Additional info: This position must work at the location and partially remote. Duties include, but are not limited to: Plan, shoot, edit, produce, and execute all facets of photography and videography specifically with social media in mind. Attend miscellaneous events to capture content. Foster an environment of creativity to create social media content that attracts customers, increases engagement, growth, awareness and consistency. Test and develop new ideas and content. Plan content calendar with the General Manager and Director of Fitness Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Ensure strong working relationships with all employees, members, and guests. Maintain a substantial degree of knowledge on each aspect of content trends. Analysis and reporting content metrics to the General Manager on monthly basis. Requirements: Savvy social media knowledge. Goal oriented. Exceptional creative and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to meet deadlines and be agile in scheduling. Proven track record of executing and developing social media content. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills In depth understanding and passion for social media. Able to work and make adjustments expeditiously. Able to meet deadlines and turn out content quickly and efficiently. Portfolio or examples of previous work in relevant industry or social media. Creating and editing skills. Understanding how content drives sales/data driven. Photography and creative expression in content creation. Schedule: flexible ability to commute to and from the club.
