About the project: Northpark has hosted the Salvation Army Angel Tree program for many years as a tree location and toy collection site. All proceeds from the Jingle Bell Walk will be used to purchase gifts to answer the Christmas wishes of Angels on the tree. Committed to “Doing the Most Good”, the Salvation Army Jackson Corps serves Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Copiah, Forest, and Yazoo Counties. The Salvation Army Angel Tree’s goal is to provide Christmas joy for the less fortunate who would otherwise go without. Adoptable Angels are placed on a Christmas tree representing a child or senior in need, friends of The Salvation Army take the Angel tag, purchase gifts, and return the gifts to toy collection sites.The Jingle Bell Walk fashion show will highlight styles for the coming holiday season for men, women and children from 20 retailers including H&M, JD Sports, Dillard’s and more. The looks on the runway will cover any holiday occasion from Thanksgiving dinner to family photoshoots, Holiday Glam, and even pajamas for Christmas morning If you are intereted please apply.
