Description:

The company is holding auditions for "All of Them Riding on Horses" and looking for actors, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Two teenagers—a descendant of American enslavers and a recent immigrant from Kingston, Jamaica—find their way in Trump-era Richmond, Virginia. A story of friendship, kinship, and the healing power of activism and art, the play highlights the protagonists' refusal to whitewash the past. The play asks the fundamental question: how do we move forward when the past contains trauma? All of Them Riding on Horses suggests that denial is never the answer—not within a family trying to help a child heal from sexual trauma or within a city or a nation trying to redress past and continuing injustice. Rate: All actors will receive a stipend following the final performance for their work. When apply please send resume and a head-shot, Optional - Video audition upload.
