Each of the episodes revolved around true stories about beloved family cats becoming possessed by an evil spirit. Created by the famed horror genre director Eli Roth, it allowed the young actress to get a major role from nearly the very get-go.
Since then, she has been one of the main characters within the sci-fi comedy franchise Fast Shark, appearing in all four movies within the series. In 2025, Shaffery appeared in the Netflix mini-series, the New York City-set crime thriller Black Rabbit, which starred Hollywood legends Jude Law and Jason Bateman.

Tyler Rivera’s acting aspirations were not an overnight success.
