That means sitting in on real conversations, understanding what matters to the business, and translating that into content that resonates in the market. Our work is deliberate, experimental, and narrative driven. This is an opportunity to work inside the strategy, not downstream from it. A Content Creator plays an active role in both strategy and execution. You will sit on client calls, participate in shaping story direction, and help decide what content should exist before it is ever written. You will work alongside the CEO, strategists, and editors to develop content briefs, experiments, and recurring formats. From there, you will help turn those ideas into finished content that ships on schedule and aligns with each brand's goals. This role is not about picking up transcripts after the fact. It is about understanding the business context, identifying strong narratives, and writing content that reflects how founders actually think and speak. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: You are a strong writer who deeply understands B2B social media, especially LinkedIn. You know why certain posts work, how tone affects credibility, and how narrative compounds over time. You are comfortable in strategic conversations with founders and operators. You can listen to a call, spot the story that matters, and help shape how it should be told publicly. You are organized, opinionated, and thoughtful. You take ownership of your work and care about clarity, pacing, and substance. You enjoy being close to the thinking, not just the output. IDEAL SKILL SET: Excellent writing ability with a clear, conversational style suited for B2B audiences Deep understanding of LinkedIn and how founders build credibility and attention on the platform Ability to participate in client calls and contribute to story and content direction Strong editorial judgment and sense for narrative, hooks, and structure Ability to manage multiple brands and content streams without losing context Clear communication and comfort collaborating closely with leadership and creative teams EXPERIENCE: 3 plus years of experience writing or creating content for B2B, SaaS, or AI companies; Experience working in an agency, media, or founder-led content environment; Experience shaping content strategy, not just executing against briefs; Familiarity with content calendars, experiments, and performance feedback loops; Video scripting or editing experience is a plus but not required.
