Soprano (A3-G5). A sharp-witted cockney flower girl who is the subject of a bet between Henry Higgins and Colonel Pickering. Speaks in cockney and RP accents.
Baritone. Precise, direct, no nonsense master of dialects who bets Pickering he can turn Eliza Doolittle into a lady by changing the way she speaks. Speaks RP excellently.
Doubles as COLONEL PICKERING and other parts. Baritone (C3-D4). A thoughtful and gentlemanly retired British officer and a linguist. May double other roles.
Doubles as ALFRED DOOLITTLE and other parts. Baritone. Eliza Doolittle’s father – a cunning lower class inebriate, lover of life, a warm scammer, dragged into the middle class against his wishes. May double other roles.
Doubles as FREDDY EYNSFORD-HILL and other parts. Tenor. A well-to-do romantic who falls in love with Eliza. May double other roles.
