Trapped between the fear of deportation and the threat of being framed for murder, he must decide whether to risk everything by calling for help or attempt to hide a crime he didn't commit. Works in construction, supporting his family back home, who view him as their primary hope for a better future. Lives under the constant fear of deportation and believes his circumstances often restrict his rights.
Antonio's friend and coworker, seasoned and streetwise, with a grounded, firsthand understanding of the system. He primarily functions as a thematic device, heightening the story's tension and foreshadowing underlying conflicts.
Antonio and Deandre's boss. A compassionate and empathetic man, who balances authority with understanding.
Works at multiple apartment complexes around the city. Outwardly unremarkable, but something about him feels off. Behind closed doors, he is a serial killer.
