Distill the value propositions of Kraken’s products into clear, motivating messaging that drives client action. Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, Design, Compliance, and SMEs across the organization to support and optimize product growth initiatives. Continuously refine and optimize deliverables based on data-driven insights and performance learning. Skills You Should HOD: 2+ years of experience in copy-writing, content strategy and development, or digital marketing within finance or technology. Bachelor’s degree. Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to distinct audiences and market segments. Experience simplifying complex technical or financial concepts for sophisticated readers. Deep understanding of the psychology, language, and needs of Kraken’s client segments. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset, adept at using data and intuition to inform strategy and optimize content performance. High level of accountability and follow-through, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under shifting priorities. Native-level English proficiency. Nice to haves: Familiarity with global financial markets, emerging technologies, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Experience developing content for AI-driven or emerging search channels (e.g., Google AEO, Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, Gemini).
