Looking for someone who can pass as a 14-15 year old. Charlotte is a sharp, outspoken, and fiercely intelligent teenager caught in the crossfire of her parents’ crumbling marriage. Beneath her sarcastic humour and bravado lies a deep fear of instability - of losing her home, her family, and her place in the world.
Anne is a proud, warm-hearted woman whose sharp wit and independence are slowly being eroded by the onset of dementia. Once the steady centre of her family, she now drifts between clarity and confusion - sometimes living vividly in the present, other times lost in the past. Her love for her adult son is fierce and unyielding; she’s spent decades caring for him after the accident that left him with a brain injury.
Scott is a man caught between guilt and denial - charming, self-deprecating, and perpetually on the edge of collapse. Once a dependable husband and father, years of drinking, bad business deals, and self-sabotage have left him estranged from his family. He still loves them deeply, but his attempts to reconnect often make things worse. Beneath the bravado is a man desperate for redemption, afraid he’s run out of chances to earn it.
