Professional Casting for a Short Film
ONLY LOCA TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Looking for strong male actors for a short, gritty action scene. Please, see the details below. Rate: Low budget, passion project. Unpaid, local travel can be compensated within reason. Food will be provided. Additional information: This is part of a standalone cinematic reel. Partly inspired by Breaking Bad and Grand Theft Auto 6. Shoot Date: Mid to late August (TBD). Shoot duration: 1 day, 2-4 hours. Location: Downtown Toronto (tentative). Final submission date: July 29. Larger, intimidating builds (think Breaking Bad twins or Dave Bautista), mature-looking, serious presence.
Lean to average build, mature-looking with a sharp, serious demeanor. Mostly silent, possibly one or two lines max. Should be comfortable with very basic gun choreography and possibly simple stunts (like falling on a mat). Prior experience with prop guns, stunts, or fight choreography is a huge plus and will be prioritized!
