Jobs In Acting For Stage Play "Murder on the Nile"
Open auditions for play "Murder on the Nile". Looking for actors. Please see the details below. About the project: Synopsis: In this play (the basis for the Hercule Poirot movie Death on the Nile), the protagonists are newlyweds who have it all: youth, beauty and tons of dough. Unfortunately, they are joined on their honeymoon journey down the Nile River by the groom's former (and jilted) fiancee—who is also the bride’s former best friend—as well as several other passengers who harbor ill feelings for the happy couple. In classic Christie style, once murder and mayhem occur, the writer dares you to discover the whodunit and the why before the end of the tale—no easy task here. In fact, if you see this ending coming you probably should be writing your own murder mysteries. Additional info: First rehearsal: about March 1 Performances: May 25 – June 4: Thursdays – Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. The auditions will consist of cold readings from the script (sides available at the auditions).
