A former military field doctor and friend of Sherlock Holmes. He used his experience on the field to help Holmes solve crimes. As the person closest to Holmes, Watson has to determine who (if any) of the men claiming to be Sherlock Holmes are who they say they are.
Caretaker at the asylum where the three “Holmes” are being kept. Dr. Evans is the one who requests the aid of Watson.
The first of the men claiming to be Holmes. He most closely resembles the Holmes Watson remembers. He even assumes the original Holmes’ harsh demeanor and is rather forward with Watson.
The second of the men claiming to be Holmes. He has a very convincing, yet disheveled appearance. His manner is restless and skeptical. He wears a straitjacket at his own request for the safety of those around him.
He too looks similar to the original Holmes, but has a shaved head. He does not speak or hear. His appearance is the most shocking—with a shaved head and gaunt or pale face.
One of Dr. Evans’ assistants.
Dr. Evan’s other assistant. She carries a chilly, almost robotic manner.
