You will work closely with the Onboarding Team, Sales Team, and Leadership to better understand the pain points and aspirations of the prospects, clients, and people. Your ability to empathize with them will allow you to create engaging content that helps them achieve better outcomes. This could be done through: - Blogs; - Video content; - Sales Enablement; - Client Enablement; - Client resources; - Onboarding resources; - Internal presentations. Responsibilities: Learn the pain points and aspirations of our prospects, clients, and people. Create content that speaks to these and helps show better ways. Create, follow, and maintain a well thought out content calendar. Write blog content. Produce video content. Edit and refine existing content as needed.
