Actors Audition For Thriller "Record Breaker"

Casting “Record Breaker”, a senior thesis project about a lowly nobody who throws his life away in an attempt to break a world record, which causes him to face his demons in an unexpected way. Seeking male actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below. About the project: Synopsis: Max is an unmotivated guy who hasn't done much of note in his life. He's content with his meager existence, living alone and working at a gas station with his good friend, Lucas. But when his family eventually gives up on him, he finally decides to do something noteworthy in the most Max way possible: beating a world record. He begins to throw his life away by attempting bizarre and absurd world records and confronting demons of his own making. Rate: Paid. Please see the characters' description. Additional info: Directors are filming this short thriller on March 9 (day) & 10 (evening/night). They are a dedicated group of filmmakers hoping to explore the idea of confronting one's personal demons, with hopes to enter the film festival circuit. This is a NON-UNION shoot and requires a commitment of two 10-hour days on March 9-10 (Max) or 5 hours on March 9 (Lucas). Please see the flyers attached.
