Singer/Actor/Dancers Needed For "Seussical" The Musical
Auditions for "Seussical" the musical. Seeking cast. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the breakdown below. Rate: All roles are non-paid. Additional info: Looking for a DIVERSE cast from all backgrounds. Rehearsals: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Rehearsal start date: TBD. Friday rehearsals will be added as the performance dates near. Performances: April 21st - 23rd & 28th- 30th. Tech week and shows are MANDATORY! Preparation: Auditioners should prepare 32 bars of a broadway style song that showcases their vocal range and in a style that is consistent with the character you are auditioning for. An accompanist will be provided but recorded accompaniment is okay as well. Please no a cappella singing. Auditioners may be asked to read from the script and perform a brief dance combination which will be taught at the audition. *Please wear clothes and shoes you are comfortable dancing in. Please NO jeans, flip flops, or crocs.

A very loud, brassy character with a ton of attitude. Along with the Wickershams, she loves to pick on Horton. Gospel / R&B vocal styling a plus.
