"Credible Man" graduate thesis short film seeking Asian actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the roles below. About the project: Story-line: An estranged son wears a military uniform to his mother’s 60th birthday because of a lie his family told his church community. Rate: $125/day Additional info: Production dates: November 3rd - 8th The production is under SAG-AFTRA Micro-Budget Project Agreement. Accepting both Union and Non-Union submissions. Seeking New York local or willing to work as local talents. This production requires 100% fully vaccinated actors and crew (2 shots + booster if eligible), unless there is qualify medical or religious exemption. Recently diagnosed with cancer, she urgently longs to be reunited with her son. Worked as a nurse for decades and is a natural teacher and caretaker. She bakes banana bread for her weekly church choir practice. She makes the best kimchi out of anyone in the church – which she won’t admit. Serving others brings her joy.
