Jason is a convenience store cashier feeling trapped in his current situation. He wants out of his job as a cashier and wants better opportunities for himself. He is too focused on the future to see why he is meant to be where he is. His interactions with the other characters help him to realize his purpose for being there.
Rick is the owner of the convenience store. He is selfish, forceful of his will upon those he presides over, and abusive of his position of power.
She is entitled, stubborn, attempts to take control of everyone and everything. When she doesn’t get her way, she takes things to another level.
He/She is advanced in their years: memory isn’t good, hearing isn’t well, but they still remain wholesome at heart. He/She is sweet, charming, and can talk with anyone.
He is desperate, feeling like he is backed into a corner by his situation. He is a family man and would do anything to help those he loves. He tries to be rough around the edges, but in reality, he is sensitive and empathetic.
