The "Speculum" Short Film Seeks Actors

Viktor suffers from Derealization Syndrome and has been living in a state of constant stress and fear. Often, he feels that he is detached from his body and when he looks down at his hands, they feel as if they aren’t his own. Having panic attacks and practicing his breathing is almost a daily occurrence for Viktor. The way he has been feeling comes out in his appearance, tired and disheveled. He has messy hair, and wears whatever he finds first on his floor.

Mina, Daniel and Sarah are Viktor’s closest friends. They all try to get together as often as they can so that they may catch up and spend time with each other. They are a collection of artists and young professionals with a great sense of style.

The Oldman with white hair goes out every morning for the new copy of the newspaper. He sits at the bus stop dressed in his vintage suit and enjoys reading his newspaper while waiting for the next bus to show up.
