About the project: Based on the children's picture book by Thelma Lynne Godin, the play is the story of Kameeka, a girl who is obsessed with hula hooping. This obsession gets in the way of her responsibilities to her family and community. All ends well, with a big hula hooping party. Rata: $550 per week. Additional info: Callback Dates/Times: October 15 Rehearsals Begin: March 27, 2023 Run/Shoot: April 25, 2023 – May 24, 2023 What To Prepare Accepting video audition submissions only. The video audition should consist of one or two monologues, with the total length of the audition being less than 3 minutes. The monologues do not need to be from a play for children.
