Seeking Performers for Holiday Comedy Show

The company is holding auditions For The Holiday Comedy The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society’s Production Of ‘A Christmas Carol’. and looking for talent. Please see the details below About the project: In a festive mood, the ladies of the Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society mount another assault on the classics with their stage version of A Christmas Carol. They enthusiastically portray a dizzy array of characters from the Dickensian favorite (and a few which aren't), engineer some novel audience participation while bravely contending with an intrusive PA system and a real Farndale first rap their vocal cords and feet around two original, show stopping songs. Rate: There is no pay, but actors will receive comp tickets. Additional info: Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Sides will be provided then. This is NOT a musical, but there are a couple musical numbers that will be performed by the cast, so those auditioning will be asked to sing “Happy Birthday.” You will only be judged on your ability to carry a tune. You do NOT need to be a good singer. A resume and headshot are not required but are recommended if you have not auditioned for us before.
